Viral L. Keshwala
- Viral L. Keshwala is a practicing attorney, NFL agent, movie producer, and former professional football player. He graduated with B.A. in Political Science from Colgate University, where he was a member of the Colgate Football team. A two-year starter, Keshwala helped win the Patriot League title in 1999 and made two NCAA playoff appearances in 1998 and 1999.
- Following his successful collegiate career, Keshwala attended the NFL combine at Miami University where his strong performance led to opportunities to play professional football overseas, in Canada, and in the United States. He chose to play in the Arena Football League (AFL), where he played alongside players like Kurt Warner, a future NFL Hall of Famer. Keshwala played six years in the AFL, starting on both offense and defense. During his second year in the league, Keshwala became a full-time law student while still playing professional football, an achievement the law school highlighted in its weekly paper in a profile entitled “Laying Down the Law.”
- After graduating law school and passing the bar, Keshwala practiced law at multiple law firms. But after retiring from professional football in 2008, his entrepreneurial spirit and desire to build his own practice led him to open his own law firm, KESHWALA LAW LLC. In 2015, he represented a Connecticut high school head football coach accused of allowing ineligible players on his team in exchange for bribes in a case that garnered national attention. Keshwala defended his client zealously, both in the Connecticut Interscholastic Athletic Conference investigation and in the media, and the coach was able to keep his teaching job and his pension. Keshwala’s practice consists of civil business litigation, immigration, criminal, divorce, real estate, and collection law. He has extensive experience in district, superior, and appellate courts and is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts and Connecticut.
- In addition to being a practicing attorney, Keshwala is a sports agent and certified contract advisor for the NFLPA. He founded VLK-PROREP in 2014 and has negotiated millions of dollars in contracts for his clients. He has represented a Super Bowl Champion for the Los Angeles Rams in 2022 and a rookie who was nominated for the Pro Bowl last year. His clients include high school, college, and professional athletes. With the introduction of NIL in NCAA sports, VLK-PROREP has expanded to include guiding high school and college players through that process. As an NFL agent, he helps athletes with draft prep and the NFL draft process, negotiating contracts, and establishing relationships with the General Managers and front offices of NFL teams. He also assists his clients in securing marketing deals and endorsements.
- Keshwala is an adjunct professor at Stonehill College where he teaches “Sports and the Law.”
- Keshwala’s work extends beyond sports to the entertainment world. He has acted in numerous commercials, including six for the New England Patriots and one for Haribo Gummy Bears. He also has appeared in many films, including cameos in two blockbusters, The Dark Knight Rises and The Purge: Election Year. In 2025, Keshwala produced a film Ciao Mama, which had its Red-Carpet World Premiere in Los Angeles at the Dances with Films Festival. In addition to producing the film, Keshwala served as entertainment lawyer for the movie, which has attracted global attention. Access Hollywood featured the Ciao Mama as its lead story, highlighting Keshwala and the production team while capturing the film’s journey.

Brock Flemming is a former top-ranked Canadian football player and the founder of the Canadian Football Institute (CFI), a training and mentorship program dedicated to helping student-athletes reach the NCAA, CFL, and NFL. After playing at Colgate University and the University of Ottawa—where he was named the top offensive tackle in Canada—Flemming went on to compete in the Canadian Football League (CFL) before shifting his focus to developing future stars.
From 2020 to 2023, he served as the offensive line coach at the University of Ottawa, helping shape the next generation of elite athletes.
Today, through CFI and its nonprofit wing, Football Forward, Brock supports over 150 athletes each season with high-performance training, career guidance, and academic support. His mission is to help young players build the mindset, skills, and foundation needed to succeed—on the field and beyond.

At Mangino Strength & Conditioning, our over one hundred collegiate athletes have participated in
collegiate football with many players having earned distinctions such as All-Conference, All-Region and
All-American honors. Our program has produced three NFL combine invites, and two
East-West Shrine game selections. Since 2011, we have celebrated three N.F.L draft selections and
multiple undrafted free agents who have collectively played in 175 professional games, with 92 starts.
Two have also won the ultimate prize - the Super Bowl, Jeremiah Kolone with Rams and Jack Driscoll with
the Eagles and one captured a Grey Cup championship in the C.F.L.

Omar has played in 19 regular season games (12 starts) and recorded 74 tackles (42 solo), two tackles for loss, two pass breakups, two passes defended, six pressures and six hurries.
He was the highest-graded rookie defender in the 2024 preseason and had the ninth-best defensive grade (90.6) among all defenders in August, according to PFF.
He finished the 2024 season with the best run defense grade (77.6), best tackling grade (82.3) and fourth-best defensive grade (69.4) among rookie linebackers (min. 20% snaps played), according to PFF.
COLLEGE
Omar played one season at LSU after transferring from
Oregon State University. During his career at Oregon State and LSU, appeared in 55 games and registered 378 total tackles. In 2022, started all 13 games for the Beavers and led the team in tackles with 83. He was named First-Team All-Pac 12 by the league coaches and Second-Team All-Conference by the Associated Press. He earned Freshman All-America honors and ranked third among all freshmen nationally with 73 tackles, which was also second on the team. Had 7.5 tackles for loss that season.

He earned All-SoCon honors two times, including First Team in 2024, and was twice named SoCon Defensive Player of the Week. His senior season saw him start all 11 games, finish second on the team with 62 tackles, and return another interception for a touchdown. Off the field, Lowrey excelled academically, graduating in May 2023 with Latin Honors in Mechanical engineering. He also contributed to the nationally recognized UTC Rocket Mocs rocketry team. He signed as an undrafted free agent with the Baltimore Ravens, and was named a starter in week 5 of the 2025 NFL season and was traded in week 7 to the Baltimore Colts.

In 2024, started 11 games recording 52 catches for 631 yards and three touchdowns. Second-Team All-MAC as kick returner in 2023.

Played at University of Texas, Gbenda appeared in 32 games where he made three starts for the Longhorns, notching 55 tackles with two being for a loss, a sack, two pass deflections, and an interception in a limited role.
He finished the 2023 season with 50 tackles with three and a half being for a loss, a sack and a half, and a pass deflection.Instead of declaring for the 2024 NFL draft, Gbenda decided to return to play for the Longhorns in his final season of eligibility in 2024.
He entered the season as one of the starting linebackers for the Longhorns. In week 5, Gbenda notched eight
tackles with one being for a loss in a win over Mississippi State.
After the 2025 NFL draft he signed with the Tennessee Titans.
